" Firstly let me introduce myself - My name is Pav Chahal. I am a freelance User Experience Consultant with over 7 years of experience in a range of industries. I have won awards for my user centered solutions.

My strengths are in carrying out user research to understand user needs in regards to a specific product or service. I am able to help businesses to understand their users by capturing user requirements through various means (from usability testing to the application of ethnography) to ensure that the final solution, be it an interface, website or a product or a advertising/marketing solution, resonates with users and their needs.

I have worked in usability across websites, graphics, user interface, multimedia, product development, as well as design research. Roles have included, Information Architect, Researcher, Consultant, Designer.
